History of Me
Hi Folks, Jim Peebles here, thought I'd jump in and tell you a bit about myself.
Born in the midwest in 1961, yes i'm getting up there, I grew up in an Art and Education family, so its no surprise I've been a teacher, business manager, and full time Artist/Animator/ Illustrator for over 40 years.
My mentors and influences come from comics and film so you'll see a lot of references to the golden age throughout.
My passion for Art is classical in nature and I'm proud to say I'm a world history buff so my studio is filled with art books of every kind. Animation grabbed my imagination in the early 80's and being a cross over to film I fell in love immediately and after years of doing odd jobs in advertising I finally travelled west and pushed myself to work in television during the heyday of the mid-90's.
